North Chatham Free Library (NCFL) Announces “A Hands-On Terrarium Gardening Workshop” on December 11 at 10 AM

This Free Event is at the North Chatham Trolley Station, 103 Depot St., Located Behind the Library at the Intersection of Depot St and Route 32.

North Chatham, NY (November 18, 2024) – Already missing your garden? We’ve got the solution: make your own terrarium or a green space that includes various plants or other materials in a transparent container with Master Gardener Linda Levitt, Emerita.

The plants that you can use range from air plants, mosses, succulents, cacti and more. The accessories or decorative materials that are used along with the plants are also varied – stones, shells, wood chips – the choice is unlimited. Completed terrariums can be used to brighten up your décor and enjoyed all year long.

All supplies will be made available to you and feel free to bring any object or container you’d like to add to create your own personal “mini garden.”

Reservations are required. Please contact register@northchathamlibrary.org to reserve your spot.

Should you have any questions, call the Library at (518 766-3211).
