North Chatham, NY (September 17, 2025) – What services are available for seniors who want to age in place in the rural areas of Columbia County? If your health is compromised, how do you locate a professional should you need someone to provide daily care for yourself or a loved one? Perhaps you need help when returning from the hospital or a rehabilitation center? Do you understand Medicare or Medicare program services and/or self-financing required for obtaining health care in your home?

Join presenter Diane Mickle Gotebiowski, PT, GBT who will address these compelling questions and provide answers and solutions based on her 20 years of experience working in physical therapy, visiting nurse, and remote rehabilitation patient programs.

No reservations are required.

This event is made possible by the Live & Learn Committee with grateful thanks to the Berkshire Taconic foundation for funding.
