ABOUT THIRD EYE BLIND:
Since 1997, San Francisco's Third Eye Blind have recorded ten best-selling studio recordings, two live releases and assembled one career retrospective selling 12 million records worldwide. Led by Stephan Jenkins, 3EB won wide success during a tumultuous group of years when the major-label recording industry was finally losing its grip on an enterprise that for decades it had dominated with steely efficiency.
Nothing could have made 3EB happier! 3EB, however, has experienced no comparable loss. Instead, they have gained artistic clarification -- and, surprisingly, a fan base who is larger, younger and more dedicated than ever.
ABOUT DINOSAUR JR.:
Dinosaur Jr. was founded in 1984 and the group emerged among the most highly regarded in alternative rock. By reintroducing volume and attack in his songs, Mascis shed the strict limitations of early 1980s hardcore, becoming an influence on the burgeoning grunge movement.
When the original line up of Mascis, Lou Barlow on bass and drummer Murph re-formed in 2005 for select live dates it was apparent that the years apart had not eroded any of their vitality. The original lineup has now released five studio albums since their reunion, most recently 2021's Sweep It Into Space on Jagjaguwar Records.
