Neighborhood Vitality Corp (NVC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering families to live healthier, more active lives. NVC supports individuals and communities by promoting healthy lifestyles, improving access to wellness resources, and creating opportunities for families to thrive.
Moms Connect:
NVC will be launching a welcoming moms group designed to give mothers dedicated time to connect, recharge, learn, and grow together. Through meaningful conversation, educational sessions, and shared experiences, moms will have an opportunity to build supportive relationships while focusing on their own health and well-being. The group will provide a free meal and childcare, creating a comfortable environment where mothers can step away from their daily responsibilities and prioritize self-care. Mom's Connect will be offered in partnership with Alary Health medical professionals, who will bring trusted health and wellness education directly to the group.
