A Greene County drug dealer has been sentenced to five years in state prison. That word comes from Greene County District Attorney Joseph Stanzione. 20 year old Alexander Mazariego of Coxsackie had plead guilty in Greene County Court to several felony charges, including criminal sale of a controlled substance. He was arrested by State Police twice in 2016, in February and September.
