Firemen from Columbia and Greene Counties were on the scene of two house fires early this morning. The Livingston Fire District responded to 24 Honor Drive at 1:20. The fire was reported in the walls of the garage. Fire officials reported that the fire was knocked down pretty quickly. Damage was reported as minor. Later in the morning, Earlton Firemen were called to 915 Route 45 just after 5:30, after a female called reported the fire. Damage there was minor as well.
