A Ghent man has entered a guilty plea in a sex case from Cornell University. 22 year old Wolfgang Ballinger plead guilty to forcible touching. Charges of attempted rape were lowered after a plea deal. Ballinger had served as president of Cornell's Psi Upsilon fraternity. He was suspended and banned from the campus. A female had accused him of sexually assaulting her at a party last year. He faces up to a year in prison when he is sentenced March 27th.
