The Greenport man, that was caught on video breaking into the Quick Mart store on Green Street in Hudson, Plead guilty today in Columbia County Court to 3rd degree burglary. He's scheduled to be sentenced March 27th.

Burglary Suspect Identified and Arrested
On January 10, 2017, the Hudson City Police Department arrested 48 year old, Vandy Lee Whitehead of Greenport, New York for Burglary 3rd Degree, a class D Felony, Criminal Mischief 3rd (2 Counts), a class E Felony, and Petit Larceny, a class A Misdemeanor.
