29 year old Kevin Shook is going to prison for 3 to 6 years, his sentence today in Columbia County Court, for breaking into a building in October 2015 and stealing a safe containing over $1000. He plead guilty to the charges last month.

On February 17, 2017, Honorable Jonathan D. Nichols sentenced Kevin Shook to three (3) to six (6) years with the New York State Department of Corrections and ordered him to pay $1,500 in restitution upon his conviction by plea, as indicted, of Burglary in the 3rd Degree. The New York State Police investigated this matter and arrested Kevin Shook. Mark Portin represents Kevin Shook. (Indictment No. 16-004)
