AOW Associates construction company donates time and talent to build a new wing at the Columbia-Greene Humane Society/SPCA

Albany-based AOW Associates construction company's employees donated a day of construction work to help complete the new boarding wing at the Columbia-Greene Humane Society/SPCA. CGHS/SPCA offers boarding and daycare services to the public. The income generated from this service helps to fund programs such as the shelter's low-cost veterinary care clinics, low-cost spay/neuter clinics, and their Pet Food Bank, to name a just few.

The new wing is an addition to the current boarding and daycare section of the shelter. The demand has been so great for this service at CGHS/SPCA that the shelter is currently building the additional wing to accommodate the demand. The new wing is scheduled to be complete by early March.
