An investigation that began Christmas Eve, has ended with a Leeds Man facing multiple felony charges. The incident was reported in the Village of Catskill December 24th. 26 year old Dominick Leo was arrested Sunday at a residence in Athens. He was charged by State Police with Criminal Possession of stolen property, Possession of a forged instrument, and Possession of a forgery device, all felonies. He was held on cash bail.
