This weekend will be the sixth straight weekend of protests in Columbia County. Democrats are planning to gather again tomorrow at Congressman John Faso's office on Hudson Street. They say they are planning for 2500 to 3000 people to show up from 2 to 4pm. They say their goal is to get the congressman to hold a town hall meeting. Motorists heading through that area on Route 9 and on Hudson Street should be aware of possible traffic problems, with the number of people trying to find parking space and pedestrians crossing the roads.
