Police are investigating the discovery of what is believed to be a human skull, found this afternoon in Athens. A hiker made the discovery in an area of State Property on Four Mile Point Road. State Police, Greene County Sheriff's Deputies, Coxsackie Police, and ENCON officers were all working at the scene. A forensic investigation is underway according to Greene County D.A Joseph Stanzione.
