Sentencing is scheduled Friday for 33 year old Rasheen Cotman, who plead guilty in December to Concealment of a human corpse, in Columbia County Court. Cotman admitted to dumping Halle Schmidt's body in a wooded area of Old Post Road in Kinderhook last September. Sentencing is scheduled for 1:30pm, at the courthouse in Hudson. Maximum sentence is 2 to 4 years in prison.
