Jason Davis of Hudson was sentenced today in Columbia County Court on three separate charges, that he plead guilty to on December 12th. Criminal Possession of a controlled substance, with intent to sell, Criminal possession of a controlled substance, and possessing a sexual performance by a child. He was sentenced to 7 years each for the two drug charges, and 2 to 4 years on the child porn case. All three sentences will run concurrently, so he will be serving only seven years, with three years probation.
The drug arrests were in October 2015, the child porn arrest was in November 2016.
