Greenport Police are reporting that a memorial service is scheduled for Former Columbia County Fire Coordinator and Long-Time member of the Claverack Department, plus many other community positions. James VanDeusen passed away last week, while on vacation with his family in Florida. The service is scheduled for this coming Sunday, March 26th at the A.B. Shaw Firehouse on Route 23 in Claverack.
