Search Warrant in the Town of Coxsackie results in drug arrests

PRESS RELEASEOn March 29, 2017, a joint investigation conducted by The Greene County District Attorney’s Office, The New York State Police, The Greene County Sheriff’s Dept. and The Capital District Drug Enforcement Task Force resulted in a search warrant being executed at a residence in the Town of Coxsackie, N.Y. The investigation, comprised of lengthy surveillance operations, took over nine months to complete. State Police recovered approximately 31 ounces of Cocaine and $23,000.00 in U.S. Currency from the home resulting in the arrest of both of the occupants. Raul B. Pagan Sr, age 60, and Nannette Pagan, age 52, were charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled of a Controlled Substance in the First Degree, a Class A1 Felony and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a Class B Felony and Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia 2nd, a class A misdemeanor. Raul and Nannette Pagan were arraigned before Town Judge Warren in the Town of Coxsackie Court and were committed to the Greene County Jail with no bail.
