Two more Coxsackie residents charged with drug sales

Two more Coxsackie residents are facing Felony charges, in connection with the drug raid in town last week. 39 year old Milady Pagan-Lopez and 25 year old Raul Pagan were charged over the weekend by State Police with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance.  Both were held on a bail bond after being charged.

PRESS RELEASE 

On March 29, 2017, a joint investigation conducted by The Greene County District Attorney’s Office, The New York State Police, The Greene County Sheriff’s Dept. and The Capital District Drug Enforcement Task Force resulted in a search warrant being executed at a residence in the Town of Coxsackie, N.Y. 

The investigation, comprised of lengthy surveillance operations, took over nine months to complete. State Police recovered approximately 31 ounces of Cocaine and $23,000.00 in U.S. Currency from the home resulting in the arrest of both of the occupants. Raul B. Pagan Sr, age 60, and Nannette Pagan, age 52, were charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled of a Controlled Substance in the First Degree, a Class A1 Felony and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a Class B Felony and Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia 2nd, a class A misdemeanor. 

Raul and Nannette Pagan were arraigned before Town Judge Warren in the Town of Coxsackie Court and were committed to the Greene County Jail with no bail.
