Thank you EVERYONE for your help Saturday, in making our 7th annual pet food drive the best ever. We filled a van from floor to roof, completely filled a bed of a full size pickup, and spilled over filling over half o a third van. The pet food drive was for the pet food bank at Columbia Greene Humane Society. It's a free service for area residents who are having financial problems. They are able to get pet food from the bank, and not have to surrender their pets. The generosity of all of you, will keep the pet food bank in stock for some time to come.
We also thank The Columbia Paper, Bank of Greene County, and Shop-Rite for their help in making yesterday a success.
