Following an investigation that began March 14th in the Town of Catskill, a Central New York man is in the Greene County jail. 23 year old Corey Kratzenberg of Utica was charged by State Police with Felony Rape, with a victim under 17. He was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child and held on $5000 bail.
