Narrative of What Occurred:

Baily was arrested by Saugerties Police incidental to an investigation into an animal cruelty complaint. At the time of the reported incident, Bailey allegedly in an intoxicated condition, kicked another person’s Chihuahua, causing injury and discomfort to the canine. Bailey was charged by Saugerties Police under the New York State Agricultural Law Section 353- with the Class A Misdemeanor of, Overdriving, Torturing and Injuring Animals. Bailey was released on an Appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Saugerties Town Court to answer his charge.
