Hudson woman faces Felony drug charges

Claverack, New York – On May 11, 2017, New York State Police from the Livingston barracks arrested 25-year-old Amanda Stoerzinger, of Hudson, New York, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 2nd Degree, a Class A Felony, and three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor.

Troopers stopped the vehicle Stoerzinger was operating on Route 23B for speeding and erratic operation. A subsequent investigation revealed that the defendant unlawfully possessed Lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD), Clonazepam, Lorazepam, and Zubsolv.

Stoerzinger was arraigned in the Town of Claverack Justice Court and remanded to the Columbia County Jail in lieu of $1,500 cash bail or $3,000 bond.
