State Police arrest New Lebanon man as a fugitive from justice

PRESS RELEASE

New Lebanon, New York - On May 18, 2017, New York State Police from the New Lebanon barracks, in conjunction with the State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation, arrested Charles L. Tabon, age 37, of New Lebanon, New York, as a Fugitive from Justice.

While conducting an unrelated investigation, Troopers located Tabon who was known by police to have an active arrest warrant from Pittsfield, Massachusetts, for kidnapping and assault and battery.Tabon was arraigned in the Town of Claverack Court and remanded to the Columbia County Jail without bail where he is awaiting extradition.
