Miss New York-Outstanding Teen, Asia Hickman will participate in this year's Flag Day Parade in Hudson, Saturday June 10th. The 21st annual edition of Hudson's biggest event, starts at 2pm.
Asia attends the Kaufman Special Music School. Her platform is "A Piece from the Heart”: Inspiring Youth to Find Their Musical Passion. Asia plans to attend Columbia University or Juilliard to become a concert pianist and philanthropist. Some of Asia’s many accomplishments are; Six- time Presidential Volunteer Service Award recipient for over 1,342 volunteer hours; Carnegie Hall Performer; Apollo Theater 2016 Child Star Winner and started the Non-Profit organization “Asia Hickman Music Inc”. Organized 600 count coat drive for New York Cares.
