PRESS RELEASEOn May 19, 2017, New York State Police arrested Conor T. Moan, age 19, of Albany, N.Y. for Rape 2nd (a class D felony) and Endangering the Welfare of a Child (a class A Misdemeanor). The arrest was the result of an investigation involving a sexual relationship between Moan and a14 year old female. Moan is accused of engaging in sexual intercourse with the 14 year old victim at a private residence in the Town of Durham. Moan was arraigned in the Town of Durham Court before Town Justice Kennedy and was released on his own recognizance to reappear in court on June 19th, 2017 at 4:30 pm.
