A massive fire destroyed a vacant building overnight in Cairo. Crews were first called to a fire in the woods On Route 23, near Old Route 23 just after 3am. A structure fire at 4365 was phoned in just before 4am. Cairo and Round Top firemen were on the scene most of the morning. The fully involved building was destroyed. There were no reported injuries. The cause is under investigation.
