Fire last night destroyed a home in Hillsdale. Firefighters from Austerlitz, Hillsdale, and Niverville were called to 61 Dugway Road just after 7pm. The building was reported to be fully involved when firemen arrived. There was nothing left at the end. We've received no reports of injuries. The Columbia County cause and origin team is back at the scene this morning, working on the cause.
