The driver of a tractor trailer was lucky to be uninjured Tuesday afternoon, after his truck struck a guardrail on Route 22 in Austerlitz and rolled over. The northbound truck was just north of Route 203 when the accident happened, just after 4pm. Firemen and police were on the scene for several hours.
