A prisoner, who punched a corrections officer in the face, will spend an additional three years in prison. 18 year old Gregory Masso-Ramos assaulted the guard last October. He plead guilty to second degree assault charges in April. He was sentenced Monday in Columbia County Court, to three years in prison. He was moved out of the Hudson facility after the attack, and will be serving his time in another prison.
