Coxsackie man charged with Grand Larceny

PRESS RELEASE

Kinderhook, New York - On June 6, 2017, New York State Police from the Livingston barracks arrested 29-year-old Kyle B. Dapson, of Coxsackie, New York, for Grand Larceny 4th Degree, a Class E Felony. 

Troopers were contacted by the manager of a Kinderhook business who reported that on March 31, 2017, a subject entered their store and stole approximately $2,200 worth of high-end sunglasses. Pursuant to an investigation conducted with the assistance of SP Schodack, Dapson was identified as the subject who had stolen the sunglasses in March.

Dapson was arraigned in the Town of Kinderhook Court and released on his own recognizance. He is due to reappear in the Town of Kinderhook Court on June 7, 2017 at 6:00 p.m.
