Catskill Village Police report the arrest of 38 year old Justin Fernandez. He's charged with two felonies: Criminal sale of a stimulant/hallucinogenic drug and Criminal possession of a controlled substance, with intent to sell.
Fernandez was arrested on June 15th at a building on Summit Avenue, following an investigation that began May 31st.
He was sent to the Greene County Jail on $25,000 bail.
