Virginia women arrested in connection with Agan case

D.A. CZAJKA ANNOUNCES ARRAIGNMENT

On June 19, 2017, Kinderhook Town Court, Honorable David Dellehunt presiding, arraigned Sarah Reynolds-Krusic, age 24, of Williamsburg, VA, for Computer Trespass, a Class E Felony. The crime allegedly occurred in the County of Columbia. The New York State Police investigated (Sr. Inv. Eric Barnes and Inv. John Reppucci) this matter. The James City County Police Department arrested Sarah Reynolds-Krusic in Virginia.

Reynolds-Krusic consented to her extradition to Columbia County. Judge Dellehunt released the defendant in her own recognizance. The investigation has been ongoing for several months. The defendant is alleged to have trespassed on the social media site of a witness to the indictment charging David Agan with Murder in the First Degree and one hundred thirty-nine (139) counts of sex crimes. Reynolds-Krusic is David Agan’s sister.

All criminal defendants are presumed to be innocent. That presumption remains throughout every prosecution unless and until The People of the State of New York, in the person of the District Attorney or his duly appointed Assistant DA, prove defendant's guilt beyond a reasonable to all twelve of twelve jurors or defendant is convicted by guilty plea. Defendants are not required to prove their innocence.

The crime allegedly occurred in the County of Columbia. The New York State Police investigated (Sr. Inv. Eric Barnes and Inv. John Reppucci) this matter. The James City County Police Department arrested Kathy Agan-Reynolds in Virginia.

Agan-Reynolds consented to her extradition to Columbia County. Judge Dellehunt released the defendant in her own recognizance. The investigation has been ongoing for several months. Agan-Reynolds is David Agan’s mother.
