From Greene County D.A.’s Office:
People v. Michael Peterson: Defendant was sentenced to serve 1 1/3 to 4 years in State Prison plus payment of restitution for his conviction for Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree.
Peterson was also sentenced in Columbia County last month on similar charges. He was convicted of switching bar codes at a Greenport business, to get lower prices.
