GUILTY

32 year old Carlos Graham of Catskill was found guilty late this afternoon, on murder charges in Greene County Court.

A jury found Graham guilty in the killing of Brandyn Foster at his Tool House Road home in 2018.

On February 15, 2019, after the jury deliberating for a day and a half, the defendant, Carlos Graham, was convicted of Murder in the 2nd Degree, a Class A Felony, 2 Counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd Degree, a Class C Felony, Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 3rd Degree, a Class D Felony, Grand Larceny in the 3rd Degree, a Class D Felony, Concealment of a Human Corpse, a Class E Felony and 2 counts Tampering with Physical Evidence: Conceal/Destroy, a Class E Felony.

He is scheduled to be sentenced on April 2, 2019. He could be sentenced to a term of up to 25 years to life in State Prison. Graham was arrested after an intense investigation conducted by the Woodstock Police Department, Ulster County District Attorney’s Office, New York State Police and Greene County District Attorney’s Office.
