40 year old Jeremiah Simpson of Copake was brought to the State Police barracks in Cairo Wednesday, where he was charged with Felony grand larceny and trespass, for a reported larceny of a vehicle on March 9th.
Police say, he was held after being charged.
Before his being charged in Cairo yesterday, Simpson was charged by State Police with criminal possession of a controlled substance, after a traffic stop on Route 9 in Greenport.
Simpson was arrested three times on larceny charges in 2018, August, September, and December.
