Catskill woman faces felony drug charges

PRESS RELEASE: CATSKILL WOMEN CHARGED WITH FELONY DRUG POSSESSION IN VILLAGE OF RED HOOK

On Thursday April 18, 2019 at approximately 9:35 am the Red Hook Police Department received a call direct reporting suspicious activity at the Red Hook Commons apartment complex in the Village of Red Hook.

Patrols responded to the area and located three suspicious subjects outside the complex. Upon investigation by patrols, Elizabeth A. Donohue, 51 of Catskill was found to be in possession of 155 Hydrocodone pills.

Donohue was subsequently charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, as well as criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, both felonies.

She was arraigned in the Village of Red Hook Court and released on her own recognizance with a future court date.
