Coxsackie man loses appeal in state court

A Coxsackie man, who is serving 8 1/3 to 25 years for manslaughter and aggravated vehicular homicide, has been denied an appeal by NYS Supreme Court appellate division.

Tyler Pascuzzi was the driver in a horrific crash July 4th 2014 on the Thruway in Albany County, when he crashed, killing his passengers Cody Veverka and Alicia Tamboia.

Police say, Pascuzzi was driving 150 miles and hour, with a blood alcohol content twice the legal limit.
