Fire and Rescue crews were called to the former Turnpike Inn Monday afternoon, After a vehicle left Route 66 and crashed into the building, on the corner of George Road.
The accident happened just before 3:30
The Columbia County Sheriff's Office investigated. No word on injuries.
The building will need to be repaired.
