HUDSON, N.Y. –Several members of Columbia-Greene Community College faculty, staff, and administration were recognized this week for reaching important milestones in their careers. Ten members of the C-GCC team were presented Longevity Awards by President Carlee R. Drummer, Ph.D., to commemorate years of employment ranging from 10 to 35 years. Drummer, who assumed her post at the college in July, highlighted the high number of long-held employees as a particular point of pride for the college.
“These employees have spent from a decade to more than three decades of their lives here, serving countless students and the CoGreene community at large,” she said. “Think about that level of commitment… it’s truly what makes us the institution we are so proud of today.”
