State Police arrest Valatie contractor, looking for additional victims

Copake, New York – On November 4, 2019, the New York State Police from the Livingston barracks arrested Paul J. Kosnick, age 59, of Ghent, NY, for Grand Larceny in the 3rd degree, a class D felony.
Investigation revealed Kosnick took money exceeding $3000.00 from a Copake resident in return for materials and home improvement services which were not provided.
Kosnick was arraigned before the town of Copake Court, was released on his own recognizance to reappear before the Court on November 25, 2019, at 3:00 p.m.
