Albany police say they've tracked down the person who is responsible for their city's third homicide of the year.
According to investigators, 34-year-old Marquis Jackson stabbed 31-year-old Tyrome Wallace during an altercation at the victim's home on Washington Avenue Monday night. Wallace was rushed to Albany Med but was later pronounced dead. Jackson is now charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon and was sent to the Albany County Jail after his arraignment.
