Workers at Six Flags Great Escape will be making final preparations Friday before the park opens for the 2022 season Saturday.
For now, the popular theme park in Queensbury is only going to be up and running on weekends and officials say guests will notice improvements such as a streamlined entry process and additional mobile food ordering locations. Thrill seekers can also ride the Steamin' Demon, Comet, Desperado Plunge and Adirondack Outlaw which debuted last year. More information is available at sixflags.com/greatescape.
