Coxsackie man sentenced to prison, Car to be auctioned off

RAUL PAGAN SENTENCED TO 5 YRS. INCARCERATION

On 10/17/17, 59 year old Raul B. Pagan of Coxsackie was sentenced to 5 years incarceration with the NYS Department of Corrections & Community Supervision & an additional 5 years post release supervision upon being convicted of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 2nd Degree, a Class AII Felony.

Pagan was charged on March 29, 2017 when a Search Warrant of his home was executed after an extensive investigation by New York State Police, the Greene County District Attorney’s and Office Greene County Sheriff’s Office.

The search produced 7 ounces of cocaine together with scales and other paraphernalia used for mixing, packaging and distribution.

In addition to recovering cocaine, law enforcement seized a Nissan 370Z sports car which is expected to be sold. The proceeds of sale shall be used for drug enforcement in Greene County.
