Two Hudson area men arrested on drug charges

State Police report the arrest of two Hudson area men on felony charges, following a traffic stop Monday night on Schoharie Turnpike in Athens. 44 year old Gerald Wyant of Hudson was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th and 7th degree.
51 year old Jon Brenzel of Greenport was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 5th and 7th degree, Tampering with physical evidence, Marijuana possession, and Operator impaired by drugs.
Police say, they recovered cocaine.
Both men were held, following their arrest.
