DISTRICT ATTORNEY HIT BY A DRUNK DRIVER
Ghent, NY- Columbia County Sheriff David P. Bartlett reports that on Monday, October 23, 2017 at approximately 8:44pm, Columbia County 911 dispatched Sheriff’s Deputies to a two vehicle personal injury accident on State Route 66, just south of Metz Road in the Town of Ghent.

Nooney was arrested and charged with Felony DWI-previous conviction within 10 years (Class E Felony), Refusal to submit to a breath test, and failed to yield right of way entering roadway (Both Traffic Infractions). He was issued appearance tickets at the hospital and will appear in Ghent Town Court for arraignment at a later date.
