PRESS RELEASE

Livingston, New York – On December 3, 2017 the New York State Police from the Livingston barracks arrested Michael W. Brauer, age 24, of Catskill, for Reckless Endangerment in the 1st Degree, a Class D Felony, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 4th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor.

Columbia County 911 dispatched Troopers to Manorton Rd in the town of Livingston, for a report of a shot fired from a vehicle.  The investigation by Troopers and Investigators found that Brauer fired a weapon from his vehicle during a domestic dispute.

Brauer was arraigned before the Town of Livingston Justice Court and released on his own recognizance.
