Assembly race results are very close

According to the New York State Board of Elections, the results have been counted for the special elections in the 102nd and 107th Assembly districts, and the results are very close. Absentee ballots will need to be counted.

In the 102nd district, Republican Chris Tague (45%) leads Democrat Aidan O'connor (44%), and Independent Wesley Laraway (9%)

In the 107th district, Republican Jake Ashby leads Democrat Cindy Doran 50 to 49 percent.
