Elizaville man arrested following domestic dispute

PRESS RELEASE

 Livingston, New York – 

On June 26, 2018, the New York State Police from the Livingston barracks arrested Mark A. Pellegrino, age 48, of Elizaville, for Strangulation in the 2nd degree, a class D felony.

On June 26, 2018, at approximately 12:50 a.m., Troopers responded to Pine Tree Lane in the Elizaville area of Livingston for a domestic dispute. Investigation determined Pellegrino, during the course of the domestic, strangled the victim causing the loss of consciousness.

Pellegrino was arraigned before the town of Germantown Court, and remanded to the Columbia County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1,000 bond. He is next scheduled to appear before the town of Livingston Court on June 28, 2018, at 6:00 p.m.
