Trial Date set for Stuyvesant man in Fraud Case

On July 16, 2018, Richard Dick waived indictment and was arraigned in County Court and upon being charged with two (2) Counts of Grand Larceny in the 3rd Degree and Scheme to Defraud in the 1st Degree, Honorable Richard M. Koweek presiding. The Court scheduled a trial fro April 8, 2019. The New York State Police investigated this matter and arrest Richard Dick. William Pretsch represents Richard Dick. Richard Dick is presumed to be innocent unless and until the People can prove his guilt beyond a reasonable doubt to all twelve (12) of twelve (12) jurors. (SCI No. 059-18)


42 Year Old Richard Dick was arrested in June 2017 and charged him with Felony Scheme to Defraud. He's accused of taking over $10,000 for merchandise, that customers never received. The alleged crimes were committed at the Factory Tire Outlet in Stockport and Jack's Towing in Hudson from 2013 to 2017,
