Greenville man charged with Petit Larceny and Official Misconduct

On July 30, 2018, The New York State Police arrested Terry Williams, age 68, of Greenville, NY on charges of Petit Larceny and Official Misconduct, both class A Misdemeanors.
Williams, who is employed as the Town of Greenville Highway Superintendent, was arrested after an investigation conducted by the New York State Police, Greene County District Attorney’s Office and the Office of the New York State Comptroller, Division of Investigations.
Williams is accused of stealing diesel fuel and gasoline from the Town of Greenville Highway Department during his tenure as Superintendent of Highways. He was issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Greenville Court on August 1, 2018 at 7 p.m.
